Online sessions can be a great fit if you feel comfortable using a computer at a basic level — especially if you’re familiar with video calls and email. You don’t need to be highly tech-savvy; a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection is all that’s required.
My services are well-suited for most people. That said, if you are facing a crisis or emergency, I strongly encourage you to contact your local mental health emergency services. In-person support is safer and more appropriate in those situations. If you need help finding resources, you can access them here.

You can book a 1 hour online session — whether it’s for discovery, assessment, counselling, or EMDR — and take the first step in your healing process. Simply schedule your session here, and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after your booking.
If you are a new client, you will receive an Intake Form by email before your session. I encourage you to return it completed at least 48 hours prior to our meeting. This allows me time to review it thoroughly and prepare for our conversation. If that’s not possible, no worries — we can go through it together during your first session.
Our first session, supported by the Intake Form, is designed to give us the best possible start. It helps me understand who you are, why you’ve reached out, and how I can support you. For you, completing the form is a valuable first exercise, offering a wide-angle view of your situation and helping you reflect on your needs.
By sharing this information upfront, we ensure that all the cards are on the table, so we can begin meaningful work right away.

Fly Out of the Box uses a platform that complies with data protection regulations.
A video-call link will be sent by email in your booking confirmation email. The link will be re-sent again 24 hours before the online session in an email reminder.

1 Hour Online Sessions (Discovery, Intake, Counselling, or EMDR Therapy):

Intensive EMDR Packages (Half-Day to 5 Days):

More than 30 days before — free
Between 14 and 30 days — 7% fee (of the total package fee)
Less than 14 days — treated as cancellation

While full refunds aren’t possible, I’m committed to being as flexible and understanding as I can.

No, I work privately. However, some insurance plans may offer full or partial reimbursement when you submit an invoice.
Please check with your insurance provider for details.

I will ask you for personal information in order to be able to provide the service.
This information will be kept confidential at all times, except for the following cases, where I am bound by law and code of ethics to share it with a third party:
If it is requested by a court of law.
If the information shared implies a danger to your health.
If the information shared implies a danger to others.
I will not use your contact information for purposes other than providing my services, including internal marketing unless you specifically authorise me to do so.
Emails are not a secure method of communication and can be easily hacked. Please be aware of this when sending any personal information to me by email.

I understand that tech issues can sometimes happen despite our best efforts. That’s why there are clear steps in place so we all know what to expect if something goes wrong:
If a session is interrupted due to a technical issue, both you and I will make every reasonable effort to restore the connection.
If we’re able to reconnect and resolve the issue within 15 minutes, the session will continue as planned for the remainder of the scheduled time.
If it takes more than 15 minutes to reconnect and less than half the session has taken place, we’ll reschedule a new appointment to cover the remaining time.
If more than 15 minutes are lost and over half of the session was completed, I will follow up with an email summarizing the session. This email will serve in place of the remaining time.
If you're unable to join your scheduled session and no connection is made, it will be considered a no-show.

You can complete your payment by debit or credit card at the time of booking through the calendar.
All transactions are processed via Stripe Checkout — a highly secure and trusted payment platform.
